About Us!

The Penn State Sailing Club is a unique co-ed club dedicated wholly to promoting the sport of sailing and offering students a social environment based upon common interest. The club welcomes sailors of all abilities, from novice to PHRF Champion: if you've never sailed before we'll teach you, if you've sailed your whole life come and teach us. As a member of MAISA (the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association), we participate in a racing schedule stretching from Canada to Virginia.

Outside of Penn State Sailing

Many avid sailors have problems keeping their skin healthy when they spend so much time out on the water in the wind and the sun. We have found that investing in quality facial therapy equipment helps to keep skin healthy.

It is very likely that recreational accidents can lead to problems with your teeth. Having a dentist around in order to take x-rays, gum checks ups and the overall health of your mouth is an important one. If you are looking to take a long sailing trip, head on over to Florida to see a Ft Lauderdale dentist and have you mouth shaped up to the best in can possibly be. After all, your smile is the most noticeable thing about you.

Before heading off on a long sailing trip from South Florida, members of the sailing team should visit a Fort Lauderdale periodontist for a check-up before the sea voyage!
